The Disk: The disk is black with white lettering.
The Music:
We Will Rock You- (Written by Brian May/ Sung by Queen) Opening song of the movie which probably gave you a hint the soundtrack would not be the norm of a medieval flick. It is also a much loved song at gaming events. It's also one of my favorite Queen songs, along with the other queen hit on this album, and the Highlander series theme song Princes of the Universe.
Low Rider- (Written by Syvester Allen, Harold Brown, Morris Dickerson, Lonnie Jordan, Charles Miller, Lee Oskar, Howard Scott, and Jerry Goldstein/ Sung by War) Anyone else thinking of George Lopez or Gone in 60 Seconds when they hear this? I also can't help thinking of my old car the Camaro my sister named Peggy Sue.
Takin' Care of Business- (Written by Randy Bachman/ Sung by Bachman-Turner Overdrive) Still keeping the business in order after all these time.
Golden Years- (Written and Sung by the Goblin King err David Bowie) I believe it was to this song that Will was attempting to bust some moves, although at the beginning his dance didn't hold much magic (okay I'll quit with Labyrinth references).
Crazy on You- (Written by Ann Wilson, Nancy Wilson, and Roger Fisher/ Sung by Heart) Cue the guitar intro!
Further On Up the Road- (Written by Don Robey and Joe Veasey/ Sung by Eric Clapton) The old song predicting of the bad karma to be had later on a person for hurting a body.
Get Ready- (Written by William Robinson Jr/ Sung by Rare Earth) 4 words: Prepare for the love.
I Want to Take You Higher- (Wrote by Sylvester Stewart/Sung by Sly & the Family Stone) Boom laka laka *harmonica solo!*
The Boys are Back in Town- (Wrote by Phil Lynott/ Sung by Thin Lizzy) As long as The Wilburn Brothers' Trouble song show up it'll all be good. * See Trouble's Back in Town*
One of Your Own- (Okay I think the music for the track was wrote and performed by Carter Burwell, while the dialogue was wrote by Brain Helgeland and Spoken by Paul Bettany) This is Chaucer's rousing speech as he bought time for Will to get ready for the next round of his tournament. I love when he's doing the balancing act near the royals' sitting area and just keeps on speeching.
We Are the Champions-( Written by Freddie Mercury/ Sung by Robbie Williams and Queen) My other favorite Queen song, they actually have the video for this version of the song on the movie's DVD. Actually one time when the Captain brought over either Dragon Strike, or Hero Quest, and My sister and me played it, with the Captain as our Game master, we actually played the Crazy Frog version of this song. Keep in mind this was our first victory against her so we wanted to celebrate, it only stung more we used the version done by a character she doesn't care fore. :P
Pieces-(Wrote by Dan Powell and Adam Smalley/ Sung by Dan Powell) I guess even shattered hearts are capable of love...
Eye Conqueror- (Wrote by Stephen Jenkins and Arion Salazar/Sung by Third Eye Blind) Conquering the heart!
Keep the music rocking through out the week my friends, don't over do the Easter goodies, and May God Bless You!
